Shipping Information and charges

All books will be shipped from Myanmar. Our book prices have included shipping charges however, we will charge flat-rate shipping fee of ($1.99) which will apply to any order. There is no minimum amount to order but you have to pay $1.99.

We have some limitations on your orders to be shipped.

1) each of your package must not exceed 4 lb (pounds) per day to the same address. If you order more than 4lb weighted in the total weight, we have to split your order into two or more package.

2) We can ship only one package per day to an address. As a result, you may receive your packages in more than one day if you have more than one package.

3) We use registered mail method so that we can track of lost or stolen packages. The downside of this shipping method is that you may have to go to your nearest post office to pick up your package if no one was home while your mailman tried to deliver your package.

4) Each package will take between minimum two weeks and maximum four weeks. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. For example, you may receive your packaged within 10 business days if you live in Singapore. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your books after four weeks.

Return and refund

We do not accept any return of books unless you receive them in extremenly damaged condition. We will not refund for any order unless and until we complete tracking of your package and the package was lost in the way.
